1-2-1 sessions are tailored specifically to your needs and goals whether that is to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, improve your
stamina/Cardio and resting heart rate or if you just want to be inspired with different ways of keeping fit and pushing your mind and body further than you ever thought you could.
These sessions are held exclusively at my 1-2-1 fitness studio based in Desford, Leicester, so there is no need for a gym membership as everything you need for a fitter future is right here.
All you need is a pair of trainers, something comfy to wear and an enthusiastic “YES I CAN” attitude, because anything is possible with motivation, dedication and passion!
